Recipe: No-Bake
Yield: 12 balls
Prep Time: 10 min

Total Time: 10-20 min
Ingredients
1) 1 cup Dates Soft and deseeded
2) ½ cup Oats
3) ¾ cup pistachios
4) ¾ cup Desiccated Coconut
5) 1 Tbsp Honey
Method:
1. Blend Pistachios and Dates in a Blender or Food processor until paste then Dry roast Oats and desiccated coconut on a slow flame for 10 minutes.
2. In a bowl add Pistachios and Dates paste with the roasted oats and desiccated coconut and add honey.
3. Press the mixture into the pan with a flat surface, and cut bars. For balls, roll the mixture between your hands.
4. Coat them with Desiccated Coconut and enjoy the freshest, most delicious balls and bars.
5. Store sealed and chilled in an airtight container (Most recipes last 2 weeks refrigerated)

Notes
If the dates are not soft, soak in warm water for 10 minutes, or blend using a food processor instead of mashing with a fork.
Variations: Substitute the nuts featured in the recipe for any nut of your choice!
Storage: Store in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to one week, or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
