Recipe
Ingredients
3 cups of frozen berries of your choice (I used mixed berries for this recipe)
1 tbsp. or half of the lemon juice
3 tbsp. chia seeds
Directions
Take frozen berries in a bowl and microwave it for 2-3 minutes.
Mash the berries to release extra moisture
Add chia seeds and mix them .
Chia seeds absorbs all the extra moisture released and makes it a thick jam consistency as you can see here.
Set them aside to jell for 30 minutes and store them in the air tight container
Use them as a spread on toast, top it with breakfast bowl or top it with ice cream. Also tastes absolutely great on top of the bars. Watch video for the recipe
